Returned products must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To receive your refund quickly, send me the tracking code for your return parcel using the contact form.
The tracking code will be issued upon receipt and verification of the conformity of the products.
Special terms and conditions
Made-to-measure and/or personalised orders are not refundable.
If the reason for your return is related to a manufacturing defect, please contact me using the contact form.
Delivery
Your parcels are prepared and sent by me from my workshop in Castelldefels (Barcelona, Spain). For ecological and economic reasons, I have chosen to send your parcels exclusively via Mondial Relay / InPost.
Delivery costs
Packing, handling and postage costs are free for all orders over €30.00.
Delivery times

3 to 5 working days for Spain.

5 to 7 working days for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Portugal.

6 to 8 working days for Italy.
Find my Relay Point
Mondial Relay / Inpost has a reliable and economical distributio network in many countries: in local shops or in Lockers open 24 hours a day. Find the Relay point closest to my home or work.
Communicating my Point Relay
When you place your order, after entering your personal details, you can tell me the name and address of your preferred Relay Point. If necessary, or if it is unavailable, the nearest to your home will be selected by default. In this case, I will contact you to let you know.
Pick-up time for parcels in Point Relay
Packages are made available to you for a period determined by the carrier (between 5 and 8 days depending on the country). After this period, your package will be returned to me. Any packaging, handling and postage costs incurred by me will be passed on to you in the event of a refund.
Hand-delivered
Hand delivery place at Avinguda 304, 20, 08860 Castelldefels, Monday to Friday from 6pm to 8 pm. To make an appointment outside these times, please use the contact form.
